Follicles everywhere
Yesterday the ultrasound showed 4 follicles. I went in today and had 3 that were big enough to be good (20, 21, 24). But my uterine lining was thin, thanks to clomid. And our post coital test (this is where they see if the sperm can get through to the eggs) wasn't good. Basically I'm killing sperm. One option would be for us to do an IUI (intrauterine insemination). But since I have 3 follicles there would be a good chance of triplets and they don't want to be that aggressive. We are just going to try without an insemination this cycle and see what happens. I'll still need to use the progesterone supplements, but I don't need to go back to the doctor's for awhile. There is still a chance of mulitples this cycle. Next cycle they will decrease put me back on the lower dose of Clomid, but I'll take it for 7 days instead of 5.
